Let me start by saying the car buying experience is almost never fun, after a very negative experience at the beginning of the year with another dealership I came into San Leandro Kia with very LOW expectations. My salesman Mark was awesome from the very beginning. My experience was over two days as I went in to just look. After feeling no pressure I decided to go back the next day to start the process.
